What began as one family man with a strong work ethic and a few tools has grown into a trusted construction company serving our community. Estimates Payments and Projects
1) Introduction: These terms outline how Lauver's Custom Construction partners with you. 2) Services: We specialize in bespoke residential builds and remodeling. 3) Complimentary Estimates/Quotes: We are pleased to offer free estimates/quotes for all new projects. 4) Payments & Deposits: To ensure a great experience, we will discuss deposit amounts and flexible payment options when we decide to move forward with an estimate/quote to find a plan that works best for everyone. 5) Project Adjustments: Any modifications to our initial agreement will be documented to keep the budget and timeline clear so any changes may result in a cost difference. 6) Project Timelines: While we aim for perfection, unforeseen factors like weather and other emergencies may adjust our schedule. 7) Safe Access: We kindly ask for clear access to work sites and that pets and children are kept at a distance during construction. 8) Quality Assurance: We take pride in our artisan work and provide full manufacturer warranties on all hardware and building materials used.
